We innovate. Altogether — with you.
HSN Solutions is deeply committed to working in total alignment with our national constitution, laws, and the broader developmental vision—supporting sustainability, entrepreneurship, and the creation of a highly skilled workforce. We champion the fusion of bold ideas and rigorous R&D with human experience, values, and aspirations.
Our belief is centered on one core truth:
YOU — the human in the system — matter most.
That’s why we are devoted to integrating human behavior through the establishment of Integrated Community Behavior (ICB) Hubs across diverse micro and macro socio-economic geographies.
We believe there is no alternative to integrated, ethical, and tech-enabled human development.
To be the leader in community-driven human upskilling through scientific and technological innovations
We believe in information-driven decisions to handle uncertainty for efficient operations
Uncertainty is a fact of life. For thousands of years, we have survived by addressing uncertainty through communities and co-operative decision making. At HSN Solutions, we enable communities to thrive and handle uncertainty by upskilling them using state-of-the-art scientific and technological innovations. Because we keep people at the center, our solutions are economically and environmentally sustainable.
Through the ICB Hubs we are setting the foundation for:
Dr. Sambit Ghosh is the Founder of HSN Solutions, specializing in human-centered uncertainty management applications across education, manufacturing, healthcare, and governance.
Previously, Sambit served as a Research Scientist at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (NY, USA), contributing to Smart Manufacturing and human-centric risk optimization projects funded by DOE-CESMII, the FDA, and NYS-P2I. His work supported advancements in the chemicals, food, and biopharmaceutical industries, as well as student education initiatives.
Sambit earned his Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where his research focused on human decision-making in high-risk scenarios. He developed innovative approaches for plantwide process startup and shutdown, fault prediction, and advanced control system design, emphasizing human-automation collaboration. His work introduced novel theoretical and applied contributions to Chemical Engineering using advanced graph theory and human factors analysis.
Before pursuing his Ph.D., Sambit was a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, applying molecular dynamics simulations and graph-theoretic algorithms for computational protein analysis. He also holds an M.Sc. in Advanced Chemical Engineering with Biotechnology from Imperial College London, where his thesis addressed advanced plantwide simulations for the high-risk production of monoclonal antibodies. His academic journey began with a B.E. in Biotechnology from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore, where he gained hands-on experience in industrial proteomics (Syngene Biocon Int. Ltd.), wastewater management, and computational protein structure prediction.
Sambit’s multidisciplinary expertise and dedication to human-centered innovation continue to drive impactful solutions across industries.
